Arvamus: See oli halb. See oli nii-nii halb. Uskumatu, et tegu Meadi raamatuga. See oli veniv ja igav. Tõeline piin oli seda lugeda. Kuigi tegelastel oli iseloomu, olid enamus neist igavad ja jätsid täiesti külmaks. Kahtlen, et järje kätte võtan.

Arvamus: Mulle see luulekogu meeldis. Neruda stiil on kuidagi... südamelähedane ja kerge lugeda. See oli ka täiesti avameelne kogumik. Lemmikuim luuletus oli Tonight I Can Write. See on suurepärane kogumik, kui lihtsalt ühel ilusal (või ka koledal) päeval voodis istuda ja midagi nautida tahad. Picasso joonistused sobisid sinna suurepäraselt, kuigi vahepeal leidsin, et oli liiga palju alastust.

"Võõras" on romaan moodsa inimese heitlikust ja absurdi piiril kõikuvast teadvusest.


Katkend: Marie arutas, kas tema ikka mind armastab, ja selle kohta ei osanud ma midagi öelda.


Arvamus: Väga huvitav teos. (Kas just sisu, aga just mõtte poolest - need kaks pole päris üks ja see sama selle teose puhul.) Lihtlaused takistasid alguses loo sisse minekut. Ja kuigi seal oli päris palju häid tsitaate, jõudsid siia vaid kaks, kuna üldiselt ma nendega ei relate'inud. Wow--efekti polnud.

Arvamus: See on nüüd minust küll arvatavasti äärmisel õel (pime), aga... ma ei mõista, miks inimesed seda raamatut armastavad: see on väga pretentious, mis on tüütu; need leierdatud tõed - kuula oma südant, näe ilma, on esitatud liiga ühe mäe otsast.
Ühesõnaga minu jaoks on see big no-no.

Arvamus: Martin on vist pehmeks muutunud. Ei ühtegi KINDLAT suurt surma.  Mulle meeldivad need väikesed maagilised elemendid - Brani skin-walking, Arya tegemised... Ja, kurat võtku, ma ju tahan juba teada, kas Cersei jääb ellu või ei!
Natukene liiga palju tegelasi oli, kellest enamusest jummala savi. See rikkus elamust veidi.

Päev–päeva järel kuldab päike ühtviisi rahulikku Maakonda ja näib, et miski siis maanurgas ei saa kunagi muutuda. Kääbikud elavad oma igapäevastes askeldustes ja paistab, et neid ei puuduta karvavõrdki mujal maailmas toimuv.
Aga tõsi on, et mujal on toimumas suured muudatused. Must Isand Sauron on taas tõusnud ning pöördunud tagasi oma iidsesse kindlusesse, Musta Kantsi Mordoris. Arvamus: See raamat meeldib mulle nii mitmel tasemel! Kõigepealt meeldib stiil (ja ülihea tõlge, ma eeldan!), selline mõnus muinasjutuline lugemine. Mulle meeldib, et selles raamatus ka unlikely heroesid on. Et Frodo ja Sam ja kõik julged ja vaprad ja truud. Ma armastan peent huumorit. Mulle meeldib, kuidas vahel kääbikutega karm ollakse ja näidatakse, et sellisel teekonnal ei saa kaaslastega alati nõustuda.

Arvamus: Ja läbi see triloogia ongi. Ja mulle meeldis.
See kõik oli kuidagi armas, samas epic. Sami ustavus oli südantsoojendav, kuigi vahepeal oli ta liiga isetu ja see käis närvidele. Üldse see sõpruse liin oli super. Pluss see huumor ja kuidas kõik olid ikka iseendid. Super!

Arvamus: Oh, kuidas ma seda lugu/raamatut armastan. Esiteks on tõlge super kõike edasi andma ja teiseks... Ma armastan seda proosalist lisainfi, mis saame (võrreldes filmiga) - ja hetkekski ei teki kiusatust raamat käest panna. Mulle meeldivad iga tegelase riukad ning Scarletti ja Rhetti läbikäik ja vestlused. Mulle meeldib ajalooline aspekt ja see, kui tugev Scarlett on! Müts maha selle naise ees.

Meil on surmamõistetu, kes tegelikult üritas halba ära hoida ja ta ikka sureb (kuigi tuleb välja, et Kurti ta siiski tappis). Ta on ohmu. Ta toob ellu tagasi linnupoja, samuti peo sees (hello, mr Jingles!), ravib Juliani AIDSist (hello, selle tähtsa tüübi vähihaige naine), äratab veel ühe tüübi ellu, on mingid ravivõimed. Tahab surra. Tõsine dilemma, kas slline jube rip-off oma riiulile jätta või ei. -.-

Arvamus: No mina selle raamatu fenomeni ei mõista. Tegelased olid mõttetud tuimad tükid, kirjutamine niisamuti. Sisu ei olnud ollagi - teema ringles ühe-kahe asja ümber paarsada lehekülge, tegelased tapsid end... enne seda olnud üksluist tegevust vaadates oli see lausa blessing.
Ühesõnaga... olen äärmiselt õnnelik, et endale seda raamatut ei ostnud. :)

Arvamus: Mm. See oli somewhat põnev. Clyde'ile küll väga kaasa ei tundnud. Oma ronimisel oli ta unustanud mõned basic human emotions. Iseenesest polnud halb, aga ei läinud südamesse ka.

Arvamus: Tõiselt meeldib! Kuidagi lummav lugemine on. Kirjeldused on super. Vahel küll ei saa aru, miks toda või teist kirjeldust nii väga vaja on, aga siis jälle on kogu see lugu tänu sellele, et teame maa ja tegelaste ajalugu nii palju mahlasem ja võimsam. Hugo on kirjutamiseks aega võtnud ja ei kiirusta. Tõeliselt nauditav lugemiskogemus.
